Responsibilities

• Engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (stories, posts, reels)
• Formulate and oversee social media campaigns and drive engagement
• High quality written and visual content to maintain a solid online presence
• Maintaining a visually appealing feed and having consistency in theme
• Data Analytics to see if the campaigns have achieved the target
• Identify weaknesses and devise campaigns as per the analytics
• Researching social media trends, audience preferences that are relevant to the company’s marketing strategy
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Coordinate with the delivery team to process shipments and payments
• Coordinate with sales team to generate necessary content
• Use creatives in the best possible way to portray and display existing products
• Communicate with relevant influencers to create a strong network
• All other duties which are necessary and incidental to the efficient operation of the stores
