1. Order Processing And Shipment

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Sunday. Orders placed on public holidays and a day before that will be processed and shipped the following day. 

Standard Delivery

Inside Ring road: 1-2 business days from the date of order. Delivery charges: Rs. 100.

Outside Ring road: 2-3 business days from the date of order. Delivery charges: Rs. 150.

Shipment Outside Kathmandu Valley

3-10 business days from the date of order. Delivery charges: Rs. 100-300. (Delivery period and charges may vary according to shipment location and methods).

Urgent Delivery

Urgent deliveries are only available within Kathmandu valley. We can ship your orders via ‘pathao’ services within 24 hours of order placement. The pathao rider’s charge borne by customers will suffice as the ‘delivery charges’ and the customers will not be liable for any extra shipping charges.

2. Valid reasons to return an item 

  1. If the Delivered Product is physically damaged/defective.
  2. If the Delivered Product is incorrect/incomplete (missing product or wrong product/ different from the product presented on the website/social media) 
  3. If the size of the fashion product doesn’t fit. (wrong/different size)
  4. If the product is no longer needed (change of mind)

Note: Buneko Nepal reserves the right to refuse the ‘product return request due to change of mind’.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  1. The product return & exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. We do not refund your payment upon returning the product. Instead, we keep such amounts (including delivery/shipment charges) as ‘store credit’ which you can use for future purchases in any of our stores.
  3. If the product prices vary during an exchange, we keep the surplus amount as store credit which you can use on future purchases.
  4. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the return or exchange is initiated due to a ‘Change of mind’.

4. Product Eligibility for Return and Exchange

  1. Product tags should be intact and the official Buneko tag should be undetached and clearly visible. 
  2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). 
  3. The product’s original packaging should be undamaged and the labeling and price tags should remain as it was before.
